These terms and conditions apply to the use and purchasing from Minime-collections.com website.By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions (The Conditions).
We may change these terms and conditions at any time, so please check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site.
We presume all the details you provide to us for ordering and purchasing items are true, accurate, current and complete. Please ensure that the credit or debit card that you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to pay for these goods. We will use your email address as a means of communication.
It is illegal to use a false name or a known invalid credit card. Anyone caught doing this or entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
If you break our terms and conditions
If you break these Conditions, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we as a company incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.
Minime-collections.com reserves the right to refuse orders if : you breach any of our terms and conditions, fail to make payment to us when due or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
OrderingWhen placing an order with Minime-collections.com , you agree that any and all the information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Availability information for products is listed on the website. Should we not have enough stock to deliver your garments that you have ordered, you will not be charged until the items are back in stock and ready for dispatch.
We only charge you if you have ordered a bespoke/ made to measure item.
All prices listed on Minime-collections.com are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include sales tax.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Minime-collections.com until we accept your order by sending you an email. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery times.
You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.
At the moment we only deliver in the UK. We can deliver outside the UK but you must contact us first before placing an order as different delivery charges will apply.
Delivery starts from £4 and is only free in the following areas: Borehamwood, Elstree, Radlett, Shenley, Bushey and Stanmore in the UK. Unfortunately, unless you have a valid Minime-Collections.com delivery code, you will have to pay for delivery.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate as we rely on courier/ postal services. We can not be liable for delays due to posting issues.
Garments will be sent to the address given by you in your order. Please ensure this is correct as we are not liable for items which are delivered to the wrong address. If you are ordering more than one item, your garments may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
Prices quoted are based on UK delivery. Prices outside the UK are determined by emailing us before an order is placed.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Cancelling an order/Returns Procedure
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can (especially with bespoke orders). With many bespoke/ made to measure items, once your order has gone through to be made, it may not be possible to cancel it.
We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures (except bespoke/made to measure garments).Once we have received your email from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 14 working days of your order, provided the garments you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the garments to Minime-collections.com , unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
We're sorry but we are not able to offer exchanges on orders which have been paid via PayPal. Please return your garments for a refund and place a new order.
You can cancel your order within 7 days after the day you get your items, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs (up to £3.95 only) you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days or if any items are on sale or if you only cancel part of your order. Please ensure that you request for a signed/ proof of delivery as you will be liable for a refund for items that go missing in the Post/ courier service. Only once we have received and inspected the returned items, we can process refunds, this is normally done via confirmation of your returned items and then within 14 working days.
For bespoke/ made to measure items, we are mostly unable to accept items back as we have made the garment (s) specifically for you. This also applies to sale/ special offer items. In certain circumstances where we can resell this garment then we may be able to refund an item. Please email us if this is the case.
You can only return items by post.The items have to be unworn and returned in their original condition with garment tags or other seals still attached and in tact within 7 days of receipt. There are many people who return clothes once they are worn, anyone seen to be doing this will result in us parting company. We are a small business so people taking advantage of us will affect us tremendously.
When returning goods which you bought using a discount/ offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly.
We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
If we have made an error on the price of the items that you have ordered on our website, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.
In this instance, you will be advised that your order hasnt been accepted and that you order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the garment and you can re-order if you wish. If you have already paid for the garments in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your credit card.
Should you receive any garments that were not what you ordered or where damaged/ defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form. we shall resolve this by replacing or repairing the defective items or refund you the amount of the items in question. But in order to do this, you must email us within 7 working days of delivery of the items plus return the items to us within this time period. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
We ensure that we provide accurate product images for each garment for sale on this site. However, due to factors outside our control e.g. internet browsers, monitor colour constrasts, fabric variability etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual garment.
The products sold on Minime-collections. com are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products purchased from Minime-Collections.com.
We have taken every measure to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible.
However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our website.
We can not control any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our control, including strikes, labour disputes, malicious damage or any similiar events.
Minime-collections.com will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party. We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for any details from Minime-collections.com, please contact us immediately.
If you have a dispute with Minime-collections.com , we’ll always try to sort things out if you contact customer services. Our customers are key to this business and without them we simply can not succeed.
